Refund Policy

At Calmer Together Canines, client experience and dog well-being are our top priorities. However, because training requires time, planning, and preparation, we have the following refund policy:

1. Private Training Sessions:

Refunds are available only if requested before the first session. Once a session has been completed, whether attended live or delivered virtually, the service is considered provided and is non-refundable.

2. Training Packages:

Training packages (multiple sessions) are eligible for a partial refund only if:

  • No more than 1 session has been completed,

  • AND The refund is requested within 14 days of purchase

Used sessions will be deducted at the regular single-session rate, not the discounted package rate.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling :

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Emergencies will always be treated with compassion - please reach out

4. Digital Products:

All digital items (handouts, guides, downloads, forms) are final sale and non-refundable.

5. Behavior Cases

For safety-related or complex cases (fear, anxiety, reactivity, aggression), refunds are not available once the case review and behavior plan have begun due to the time required for assessment and preparation.

 

6. Trainer Cancellations

If Calmer Together Canines must cancel a session, you will receive:

  • A full reschedule OR

  • A full refund for that session
