We use reward-based, relationship-focused methods rooted in behavioral science, psychology, and emotional wellness. No fear, intimidation, suppression, or "dominance" approaches - ever.

Virtual coaching is incredibly effective because:

- You become confident in the skills rather than relying on someone physically stepping in.

- There are fewer distractions, so dogs learn faster

Most behavior change is about human coaching, not physically handling the dog - so virtual works beautifully.

Do you offer guarantees?

No trainer ethically can. Dogs are living, feeling beings with their own histories and emotions. Their success depends on their environment, their comfort level, and the consistency of practice at home.

- Honest expectations

How many sessions will I need?

Some families only need 1-2 sessions, while others prefer ongoing coaching.

Do you offer in-person training?

Not at this time, though it is something we are working on for the future.

What should I have ready for our first session?

Typically, we will only need:

- Your dog
- Your phone/laptop
- Some of your dog's favorite treats
- A quiet room (if possible)
- Any questions you have

If your training session might require more tools, we will let you know during the intro call or after reviewing your booking intake form.

Will you judge me for my dog's behavior or past training choices?

Never.

Training is emotional, and everyone does the best they can with the information they have at the time.

You'll always be met with patience, compassion, and zero shame.

Question 12

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel or reschedule with no fee up to 24 hours in advance.

You can cancel or reschedule 1 -24 hours in advance for 50% of the booking fee.

No-shows or cancellations less than 1 hour in advance will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

This is due to the nature of creating personalized coaching plans tailored to each unique dog.
