Service Description
This foundational package is designed for dogs struggling with anxiety, reactivity, or overwhelm who need hands-on, in-person support - not just advice. We work together in your home, on your walks, and in the environments where your dog's behavior actually shows up. Each in-person session focuses on helping your dog feel safer, more regulated, and more confident in real-life situations. Between in-home visits, you'll receive virtual support sessions to troubleshoot challenges, adjust your plan, and keep progress moving forward without waiting weeks between sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Calmer Together Canines Booking & Training Policy Scheduling & Cancellations: To ensure each session is thoughtfully prepared and tailored to your dog: -Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows time for reviewing your intake form and creating your personalized training plan. To cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. - Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: -Arriving up to 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session to end at the scheduled time. -Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a missed appointment, and no refund will be issued. Refunds: All sessions and services are non-refundable once booked and confirmed. Sessions can be rescheduled in the case of scheduling conflicts (with proper notice; see above), or technical difficulties. Training Expectations: Each dog is an individual, and training progress varies based on many factors, including practice, environment, health, and consistency. For these reasons, specific results cannot be guaranteed. We will always provide the most supportive, ethical and evidence-based guidance for you and your dog. Client Responsibility: By booking a session, you agree to: -Practice the training strategies provided between sessions -Be transparent about your dog's behavior, history and any relevant concerns (including medical, reactivity, fear, anxiety, or bite history) -Ensure your dog's physical and emotional wellbeing is prioritized during training. Scope of Virtual Services: Calmer Together Canines provides virtual dog coaching and behavior support. These sessions are educational and designed to empower you with training tools and behavioral insight. They are not a replacement for veterinary care or in-person intervention when safety requires it. Communication: You are always encouraged to send follow-up questions between sessions. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
